How long will the results last?

We explain that although it’s called “permanent,” the pigment gradually fades over time—typically 1-3 years (or longer depending on area, skin type and lifestyle) before a refresh is advantageous.

How much discomfort should I expect during the procedure?

We use a topical numbing agent before and during the session, so most clients feel only light scratching or tingling and little to no significant pain.

What is the healing and after-care process like?

We advise you to avoid makeup on the treated area for about 7-10 days, keep the area clean and protected, avoid heavy sweating or sun exposure initially, and expect some scabbing, fading or color change during healing.

Am I a good candidate, or could something delay my treatment?

We recommend you disclose medical history, medications (like isotretinoin), skin conditions, recent laser treatments or pregnancy, as certain factors may affect pigment retention or healing and might make us postpone or adjust the treatment.
